Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance is required.
• 1-3 years financial experience in a construction environment is preferred.
• Proven ability to prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets within construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial health of specific projects by tracking costs, budgets, and variances.
• Work with project managers to provide financial advice and support.
• Analyze monthly project forecast reports for reasonableness and accuracy.
• Investigate revenue and profit variances for accurate reporting.
• Enter contracts, budgets, change orders, and POs into JDE and track invoices and payments.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and billing schedules.
