Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong understanding of job costing and progress billing.
• Experience with construction project accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts across projects.
• Perform job cost accounting for labor, materials, subcontractors.
• Process customer billings including AIA pay applications.
• Prepare WIP schedules and project cost reports.
