Job summary

Intertek seeks an Inside Sales - Client Champion in Fresno, CA to join our Building & Construction Products team. This role focuses on direct sales, quotations, and developing new business opportunities within our lab environment.

The position offers a base wage of $25.00–$26.00 per hour plus a quarterly incentive, with comprehensive benefits and potential for growth across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in Building and Construction Products.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone manner.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and prior experience with sales CRM.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming customer inquiries and process quotations and opportunities.
• Prepare proposals based on customer needs within the CRM system.
• Follow up on all proposals and conduct prospecting activities.
• Use CRM to track sales activities, quotes, orders and revenue.
• Collaborate with management to define and develop territory for growth.
• Coordinate with marketing on events, webinars and collateral.
