The role collaborates with Designers, Project Managers, the VP of Procurement, materials team, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate material orders and proper tracking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive with follow-up, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment at our Noblesville,

Qualifications

• Experience processing purchase orders or working within procurement workflows.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple open orders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Process Material Requests (MRs) submitted by Designers and Project Managers.
• Create and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized purchasing documentation and track orders.
• Monitor open POs and follow delivery timelines; report delays.
• Coordinate with VP of Procurement, Purchasing Manager, and materials team.
• Maintain digital records and assist with reporting on purchasing activity.
