Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join our National Mission Critical team.

The role acts as a liaison between the Project Manager, Superintendent, and subcontractors while handling essential project administration and documentation. The successful candidate will manage shop drawings, design documents, subcontracting, invoicing, and project closeout while maintaining a paperless environment and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in project coordination or construction administration.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Professional communication and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Project Manager, Superintendent and subcontractors.
• Manage shop drawing and design document processes.
• Draft subcontracts and change orders for PM review.
• Oversee project invoicing, insurance, registrations, and pay apps.
• Maintain web-based project management system and records.
• Coordinate RFP responses and procurement activities.
• Support closeout with punch lists, O&M manuals, and record drawings.
• Assist with pre-construction efforts and proposal generation.
