Job summary

EMCOR Services Scalise Industries is seeking a Payroll Specialist responsible for all payroll processing tasks and, secondarily, for HR administrative duties. The role requires accurate data entry, timely timekeeping, and adherence to CBAs and payroll regulations.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years in payroll, preferably in construction with union contractors. Proficiency in COINS ERP+ and strong MS Office skills are essential, with a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in payroll, preferably in construction with union contractors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience handling sensitive/confidential data with extreme attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter new hire data, pay rate changes, and status changes in the payroll system.
• Collect time records and enter data into COINS ERP+ weekly with deadlines.
• Review payroll data before approval and submit for management review.
