Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant sales experience.
• Experience selling construction services, asphalt or concrete is preferred.
• Ability to engage with Manager and Director levels.
• Experience managing the full project cycle from start to close.
• Strategic in identifying new business opportunities.

• Engage new and existing clients to demonstrate value of current portfolio.
• Develop and maintain relationships for retention and repeat business.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations and PM teams to prepare proposals.
• Participate in bid reviews and preconstruction meetings.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Maintain regular client contact to understand upcoming projects and needs.
• Manage resources with teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Align company solutions to customer business needs and tech requirements.
• Demonstrate strong writing, editing, and presenting skills.
• Resolve complex problems and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Attend industry events to promote services and build relationships.
• Provide market feedback and opportunities to management.
