Job summary

Bristol Industries LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Surveillance Engineer to support Navy facilities at Barksdale AFB, LA. The role emphasizes inspection, QA, and contract administration across repair, demolition, and new construction with diverse trade scopes.

The successful candidate will lead meetings, review submittals, manage RFI processes, and ensure safety and environmental compliance while tracking project costs and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years in Construction Management/Field Engineer/Quality Control on multi-million projects.
• Experience verifying workmanship and scheduling.
• Familiarity with Federal building design criteria and guide specs.
• Ability to calculate construction costs and advise on adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outages, permits, and haul routes for contractor activities.
• Attend meetings and provide notes and briefings to FEAD/ROICC.
• Prepare CRRs and CCCCNs and review submittals for government approval.
• Review and analyze construction schedules and safety plans.
• Monitor CQC compliance and environmental measures on site.
• Manage RFIs and documentation workflows with eCMS.
