Job summary

Bristol Industries LLC seeks a Construction Surveillance Engineer to support NAVFAC SE across multiple states. Responsibilities include coordinating contractor outages, attending briefings, reviewing submittals, and ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of experience as Construction Manager, Field Engineer, Project Engineer or QC Manager on large facilities.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling methods; proficient with Primavera Suretrak/P3/P6 and MS Project.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat; RS Means/CostWorks.
• CQM certification required or obtainable within 60 days of onboarding.
• U.S. Citizenship and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outage, permits, haul routes and related items for the construction contractor.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and brief FEAD/ROICC representatives.
• Provide construction briefs, reports, and review submittals for government approval.
• Review schedules, safety plans, and CQC plans; monitor CQC compliance.
• Prepare CRRs and CCCNs; report non-compliance with safety requirements.
• Witness testing and monitor environmental protection requirements; documentation upkeep.
• Perform cost estimation for modifications and maintain construction records.
