Job summary

Bristol Industries LLC seeks a Construction Surveillance Engineer to support NAVFAC SE AOR projects across multiple states. The role requires coordinating permits, attending meetings, reviewing submittals, and ensuring CQC compliance with federal guidelines.

You will prepare reports, monitor safety and environmental requirements, and assist in cost estimates and field pay worksheets. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in construction management or related fields, familiarity with Primavera and MS

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in construction management, field engineering, project engineering, or quality control on projects >$5M.
• Proficient with scheduling methods and Primavera Suretrak/P3/P6 and MS Project.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro; RS Means/CostWorks.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and oral; experience briefing management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outage requests, permits, and haul routes; support meetings and briefings; provide construction briefs and reports.
• Review submittals designated for Government approval and monitor CQC compliance.
• Analyze construction schedules and review contractor plans; witness and review testing and environmental compliance.
• Prepare CRRs and CCCNs; manage RFI processing and field pay worksheets with FEAD/ROICC teams.
• Maintain eCMS records; produce independent cost estimates for modifications.
• Notify leadership of issues, assist in pre-final inspections, and support modification negotiations.
