Job summary

Bristol Alliance of Companies, LLC is seeking a Construction Surveillance Engineer to support NAVFAC at Barksdale, LA, overseeing inspection, QA, and contract administration for repair, demolition, and new construction.

You will coordinate with FEAD/ROICC, review submittals, monitor CQC compliance, prepare CRRs/CCCNs, and manage cost estimates and field pay worksheets with a strong emphasis on safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years' construction management or QC experience on multi‑million projects.
• Must hold USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification or obtain within 60 days of onboarding.
• OSHA 30 Hour Construction Training completed within the past 2 years.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspection, QA, and contract administration for repair, demolition, and new construction.
• Attend meetings; prepare CRRs and CCCNs; provide notes and reports.
• Review submittals and construction schedules; monitor CQC compliance.
• Prepare independent construction cost estimates and field pay estimates; manage RFIs.
• Maintain NAVFAC eCMS documentation and submittals.
