Softroc Of Utah is seeking an Outside Sales Representative – Construction (Concrete preferred) to drive revenue in the Charlotte area. You will conduct in-person appointments, close leads, and develop relationships with homeowners, contractors, and real estate professionals.

This performance-driven role offers strong earning potential, autonomy, and alignment with marketing campaigns. A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel are required, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Competenze

• Construction experience required (concrete preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Willingness to travel overnight occasionally
• Commitment to integrity and quality
