SRM Concrete is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive growth and foster lasting relationships with customers in the Tennessee/Johnson City area. The role emphasizes outside sales, local travel, and collaboration with operations and billing to ensure project success.

You will engage with contractors and customers, develop opportunities, and represent SRM at events, delivering exceptional service and solutions tailored to needs on the job site.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in construction or ready mix concrete.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel locally to job sites and customer locations.
