Your role emphasizes accuracy in transactions, adherence to procedures, and teamwork to support customers and overall operations. Fluency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting customers with product procurement—preferably in building supply or construction.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly and accurately to inquiries.
• Excellent decision making and ability to take initiative.
• Well organized with strong attention to detail.
• A respectful team player with good collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, and returns.
• Coordinate delivery and/or pickup of customer orders with the operations team.
• Educate customers on different products and their applications.
• Generate, place, and confirm purchase orders with suppliers.
• Receive payments and log sales; adhere to all accounting procedures.
• Participate in physical inventory of warehouse materials.
