Job summary

Convoy Supply Inc. in Kent, WA is seeking a self-sufficient Dispatch and Sales Co-Ordinator to support entry of orders, manage truck shipments, and coordinate with sales to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fleet coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Divalto and Samsara is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up.
• Flexible hours with possible weekend work.
• Construction or building materials experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and assist all customers as required
• Entry of orders received in person, via phone, fax, and email
• Acknowledge receipt of customer orders
• Check stock levels via Divalto
• Utilize Samsara (dispatching software) to manage inbound/outbound freight
• Transfer stock from other locations if necessary
• Work with sales to Schedule/Coordinate truck shipments
• Address issues that come up during transit
• Assist in resolving customer issues related to freight transportation
• Audit/correct carrier freight invoices
• Address and elevate issues when necessary
• Verify customer delivery requirements are being met
• Assist drivers/carriers throughout dispatch as needed
