Quikrete Holdings Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Midland, TX Permian Basin market.

You will drive revenue and manage end-to-end sales from lead generation to contract execution, while strengthening customer relationships and ensuring safety policies on construction sites. The role emphasizes building a strategic plan for key accounts, developing proposals, tracking bids, and promoting value-added products.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
• Sales experience in ready-mix or construction advantageous.
• Experience with project management, sales and estimating beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Health and Safety: Adhere to safety policies on construction sites and in operations.
• Sales Area focus: Identify targets, follow up leads, build client relationships, prepare proposals and contracts.
• Sales & Marketing: Track market share, selling price, bids, and report wins/losses.
• Strategy: Develop clear business strategy for key accounts and communicate opportunities to staff.
• VASP: Promote value-added products and strengthen customer relations through marketing efforts.
• Customer Orientation: Resolve client issues and ensure proper pricing for mixes and contracts.
• Communication: Coordinate with credit dept and oversee on-site deliveries.
• Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare forecast/backlog reports and adherence to goals.
• Systems & Processes: Use email, quoting, spreadsheets, contracts, etc.
