Job summary

Lehman-Roberts Company, a Granite Company, is seeking an Inside Sales professional to grow construction material sales in the Memphis area. You will research prospects, maintain relationships, and support the sales team by generating quotes and coordinating orders.

The role emphasizes customer service, CRM usage, and collaboration with plant operations to optimize pricing, delivery, and revenue growth. A bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in inside/outside sales in construction materials is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer relationship management processes.

Responsibilities

• Research and track prospective customers, key clients, projects and opportunities.
• Coordinate sales based on plant availability and production, including quoting and delivery coordination.
• Provide leads, quotes, and order setup to supportOutside Sales representatives.
• Maintain quotes and orders, mix designs, products and plants in the system.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet regional goals.
• Prepare sales reports and assist with budgets and forecasts.
