Arrow Building Center, Lampert Lumber and Lyman Lumber Companies, divisions of US LBM Holdings, LLC, are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to assist with new and existing customer sales, provide product support, and prepare quotes.

You will respond to inquiries, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain stock levels while developing relationships with customers and safeguarding company policies.

Competenze

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in building materials industry.
• 1–3 years inside sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, prices, quotations and deliveries.
• Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales.
• Obtain and enter orders, returns, and service requests; file paperwork accordingly.
• Coordinate purchases and delivery of special products and pricing specifications.
• Manage project schedules by coordinating with outside sales, jobsites and customers.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Research credits, returns and late payments as needed.
• Check back orders, resolve issues, and assist with pricing and price lists.
• Develop and grow professional relationships with customers; resolve jobsite issues.
