Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years outside sales experience with 5+ years management.
• Experience in construction materials sales preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage budgets, forecasts, staffing, compensation, and performance.
• Mentor sales staff and build customer relationships.
