Job summary

US LBM Holdings, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support new and existing customers with product information, quotes and order processing. You will collaborate with outside sales and coordinators to ensure timely delivery and accurate pricing.

The role requires 1–3 years in building materials and strong communication skills. It is a hands-on, on-site position with growth opportunities in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in building material industry preferred.
• 1–3 years of inside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to operate computer, calculator and cash register.
• Knowledge of building supplies, applications, related equipment, and construction industry.
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory and inventory control.
• Must be able to walk through yards, plants and offices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, prices, quotations, complaints, and deliveries.
• Initiate phone calls to customers to generate sales.
• Enter work orders, returns, price lists and service requests; file paperwork accordingly.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products; obtain pricing/specifications.
