Job summary

Atlas is seeking a Construction Materials Tester - CMT Field Technician 2 to perform field testing and documentation on heavy civil projects. The role requires WAQTC density and aggregate testing certifications and ACI Grade 1, with 2+ years of experience. Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver's license are expected.

Travel across Western Washington per diem is possible. Join a team focused on delivering accurate results and safe, quality testing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction materials testing experience.
• WAQTC In-Place Density and aggregate testing certifications, plus ACI Certification Grade 1.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Accurately write and submit test reports daily.
• Inspect Heavy Civil construction.
• Perform field tests, record data, interpret results.
• Sample and test cement, concrete, and surfacing materials.
• Sample aggregates and perform sieve, sand equivalent, moisture tests.
• Use nuclear gauge to test densities.
