Job summary

Convoy Supply Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our Building Envelope offerings through proactive prospecting and new account development.

You will work with the Inside Sales team to present unique selling propositions, manage pricing, and build relationships with contractors and installers. The role requires 2-3 years in sales within the construction sector, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction.
• Ability to read construction specs, drawings, and technical data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to travel and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify prospects and develop new accounts.
• Identify market trends and maintain awareness of competition in roofing industry.
• Sell products by establishing contacts and developing relationships focusing on customer service.
• Provide project quotations and follow up on bids; conduct site visits.
• Interact with suppliers and stay up to date on products.
• Achieve defined sales targets and maintain professional knowledge.
