Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls using a multi-line system.
• Meet defined call service targets and goals.
• Proactively contact customers to demonstrate products and solicit orders.
• Provide product knowledge and price/term information to customers.
• Prepare estimates and bids meeting customer needs.
• Resolve discrepancies with other departments and maintain accuracy.
