Job summary

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking an experienced construction operations professional to oversee phase II processes from drywall to home completion. You will coordinate multiple contractors, manage material orders, monitor quality, and ensure Perry Homes standards on a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Ideal candidates will have management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints and development plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires relevant management or leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with independent contractors and homeowners.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, blueprints, and development plans.
• Demonstrated computer skills including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervision, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP Construction, or Division President.
