Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Construction Program/Project Manager to acquire knowledge of Phase II construction procedures and lead warranty service per company procedures. The role involves coordinating independent contractors across multiple sites, ordering materials, and ensuring quality align with Perry Homes standards.

Qualifying candidates will have strong project management skills, ability to negotiate with contractors, and experience reading blueprints and construction plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred for management roles.
• High School diploma or equivalent required to start.
• Excellent communication and professional negotiation with contractors/ homeowners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under extreme time constraints.
• Ability to read complex instructions, blueprints, plans, and development documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure Perry Homes quality standards are met.
• Manage time under construction, oversee construction, oversee overhead costs and change orders.
• Perform tasks as directed by the Project Manager/VP/Division President.
