Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Jacksonville, FL to oversee Phase II activities, coordinating subcontractors across multiple sites and ensuring on-time, within-budget home construction.

You will review blueprints, manage materials, enforce Perry Homes standards, and communicate with homeowners and internal teams. A bachelor’s degree is preferred with leadership experience; strong MS Office skills required; this is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires relevant management or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with contractors and homeowners.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex construction plans and blueprints.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervision, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP Construction, or Division President.
