Job summary

You will coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites, order materials, monitor quality and costs, and ensure compliance with building codes and Perry Homes policies. Strong leadership, communication, and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in management or leadership roles within construction.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with contractors and homeowners.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to read complex instructions, blueprints, and development plans.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and familiar with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervision, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or Division leadership.
