Candidates should be proficient with Build Pro, Procore, and MS Office, read blueprints, and possess strong organizational and communication skills for daily collaboration with internal teams.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred or 3–5 years in home building/construction.
• Residential construction management experience required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with Build Pro, Procore, and Microsoft Office to streamline workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, managing sites, schedules and trade partners to meet timelines.
• Supervise pre-construction, pre-drywall, and final presentation meetings.
• Negotiate solutions with inspectors and partners, ensuring cost-effective resolutions.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and invoice approvals in Build Pro.
• Provide feedback to Lead Construction Manager on partner performance.
• Maintain safety logs, conduct on-site safety meetings, and ensure code compliance.
