Job summary

Lennar is a leading homebuilder seeking a Construction Manager to oversee home construction in assigned communities in Florida. You will manage job sites, schedules, and trade partners to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgets.

Responsibilities include overseeing pre-construction, pre-drywall, and final meetings, enforcing safety and codes, and maintaining accurate records. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of residential construction experience.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with construction software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in, managing sites, schedules, and trade partners.
• Supervise all construction activities from start to finish and attend pre-construction meetings.
• Negotiate solutions with inspectors and trade partners to support budget adherence and CIP improvements.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and approvals in Build Pro for timely payments.
