Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, dispatching, or supply chain operations.
• Experience supporting construction, industrial, or tool-based warehouse environments preferred.
• Prior experience coordinating deliveries, drivers, or field logistics desirable.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, dispatch, and track incoming and outgoing deliveries between job sites, warehouses, vendors, and company locations.
• Communicate with drivers, field personnel, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor transportation needs and adjust schedules and priorities based on project demands and resource availability.
• Ensure proper shipping, receiving, and dispatch documentation accompanies all material movements.
