Job summary

Sunbelt Controls in Boise, ID is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Specialist to manage inbound/outbound freight, inventory control, and support the panel fabrication shop. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related work experience in warehouse logistics.
• Must be highly organized and keep a clean, neat work area.
• Ability to operate independently and autonomously with judgment to escalate when needed.
• Demonstrates integrity and strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all warehouse logistics including inbound and outbound freight.
• Coordinates third-party courier services for project delivery of materials.
• Processes expedited inbound freight for Service Operations and field teams.
• Supports inventory management of materials and hardware for construction, service and panel fabrication inventory.
• Manages inventory, disbursement and replenishment of office and field safety equipment; coordinates check-out/check-in of safety gear.
• Coordinates and communicates material deliveries and orders back to field teams.
• Liaises with project team members regarding issues and information needs from the field.
• Processes packing lists for orders and freight to project folders.
• Handles Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and related documentation and shipping.
• Performs site deliveries as necessary and supports courier and lift gate services.
• Manages local office tool crib inventory and maintains NIST certification of tools.
• Supports panel shop fabrication as directed by Operations Management.
• Organizes PM/PE stocking racks and other duties as assigned by Department Operations Managers.
