Candidates with 3+ years in project engineering or construction coordination, experience with structural or mechanical disciplines, and proficiency with software like Navisworks, Revizto, and Bluebeam are encouraged to apply.
At JH Kelly, we're seeking driven, detail-oriented Project Engineers to support the successful execution of construction projects throughout the Treasure Valley market. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and field teams, playing a key part in keeping projects on track through scheduling support, cost tracking, documentation management, technical coordination, and problem-solving across multiple stakeholders.
This position puts you at the center of dynamic construction projects supporting cutting-edge semiconductor, data center, commercial, and industrial developments while gaining hands‑on experience in project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. You'll help ensure work is planned, executed safely, and completed to the highest quality standards.
We're looking for candidates who are eager to apply strong technical fundamentals, critical thinking skills, and a collaborative mindset in a fast‑paced construction environment. Whether your background is in structural steel, miscellaneous metals, fabrication, erection, mechanical systems, process piping, industrial construction, engineering, or construction management, we'd like to hear from you.
