Hoffman Construction Co of America seeks an OSM Materials Coordinator to support expediting, tracking, and traceability of Off-Site Manufacturing materials at the Boise jobsite. You will partner with vendors, integrators, and project teams to coordinate shipments and maintain material visibility.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication to manage documentation, shipments, and site delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support expediting, tracking, and traceability of OSM materials at the Boise, ID jobsite.
• Provide cross-team support for the OSM group including attending workgroup meetings and providing updates as needed.
• Collect documentation including packing lists and bill of lading and verify tag numbers and quantities.
• Issue shipping release notices for OSM materials to vendors and integrators with shipping instructions and QR Barcodes.
• Verify shipments received at integrators or site upon arrival.
• Log shipment information in E1 ERP and Smartsheet; assist SiteSense software usage for shipping and reporting damage.
