SERVPRO Industries, LLC is seeking a Learning Partner to deliver high-impact live and virtual training across franchise teams and HQ. You will serve as a subject-matter expert for the Construction School of Learning, facilitating workshops, partnering with SMEs, and ensuring learners receive consistent, credible instruction aligned with brand standards.

Reporting to the Director, Field Capability, you will adapt delivery to learners, maintain knowledge of standards, and coordinate materials,

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in training delivery, facilitation or capability development.
• Experience delivering workshops in distributed or franchise environments is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver live and virtual workshops for franchise teams and HQ employees with clarity and credibility.
• Facilitate hands-on, scenario-based training aligned to standards.
• Coordinate with SMEs to validate content accuracy and support co-facilitation when appropriate.
• Coach SMEs and field leaders on facilitation techniques and workshop readiness.
• Prepare materials, equipment, and logistics for live and virtual sessions.
