Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to lead day-to-day field operations on assigned projects, coordinating vendors and subcontractors to meet the contract and schedule. You will oversee safety, logistics, and site condition management to ensure quality and timely completion.

The role requires strong leadership, expertise with pull planning and Last Planner, and proficient use of Procore and Primavera. Travel to job sites is expected as projects advance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient in Procore and Primavera.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Champion project safety and maintain a safe work environment.
• Create and maintain the Project Schedule; lead pull planning.
• Coordinate site construction activities to meet contract documents.
• Schedule inspections with AHJ, third parties, and clients.
• Drive trade partner coordination and ensure quality plan adherence.
• Attend project update meetings and report project health.
• Support start-up, commissioning, and site documentation.
