Qualifications

• Minimum education includes an Associates degree and/or High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License and be able to provide own safety footwear.
• Follow safe work practices per safety program and demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
• Strong math reasoning and ability to read/interpret basic instructions and plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare areas for concrete placement including excavation and grading.
• Assemble and position concrete forms and assist in placing form panels.
• Transport and manage materials, bags of cement, lime, sand and grout for masonry work.
• Assist in moving power trowels and screeds to finish concrete surfaces.
• Strip and transport concrete forms after curing and assist masons with block/brickwork.
• Support carpenters by handling door frames and distributing materials on site.
• Load/unload and identify materials, equipment, and tools; keep site organized and tidy.
• Promote safety on site and help secure the jobsite at day end.
