Job summary

Harper General Contractors is seeking an IT Support Specialist to set up, configure, and troubleshoot end-user technology across both office environments and construction jobsites. You'll assist staff with software and hardware issues, monitor the helpdesk, and manage imaging and AD accounts using MDT/WDS/Intune.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent, 2–3 years in a user-support role, and strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Two to three years’ experience in a user-support role.
• Certifications desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff and field users with software and hardware issues.
• Monitor helpdesk and ensure timely responses.
• Document time spent and resolutions in ticketing system.
• Machine imaging using MDT/WDS/Intune.
• Create and manage Windows Active Directory user accounts.
• Replace hardware and software as needed.
• Handle multiple projects with high customer service standards.
• Stay up to date with trends and propose improvements.
