The internship program offers hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to homebuilding and related functions, with rotations, project work, and site observations across various departments. Interns gain experience through departmental needs, learn company policies, and may participate in travel or field activities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college and entering junior or senior year, or recently graduated.
• Degree coursework in business, technology, finance, construction, real estate, HR, marketing, operations or related fields.
• Demonstrated interest in homebuilding, finance, land development, operations or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within the assigned department, division, or job site.
• Assist with department projects, research, reporting, and administrative activities.
• Learn and apply department responsibilities, systems, and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members across functions to understand company operations.
• Participate in training, rotations, and other learning opportunities.
• Explore future full-time opportunities after graduation.
• Conduct business professionally, ethically, and in line with company values.
• Ability to work overtime and travel as needed.
