Interns rotate through departments, gain jobsite exposure, learn processes, and support teams with research, reporting, and administration. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year college or university and entering junior or senior year, or recently graduated.
• Pursuing a degree related to internship area (business, technology, construction, real estate, etc.).
• Strong willingness to learn, ask questions, and contribute in a professional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within the assigned department, division, office, field location, jobsite, or business function.
• Assist with department-specific projects, research, reporting, administrative activities, coordination efforts, systems, processes, and other business needs.
• Learn and apply departmental responsibilities, industry terminology, business systems, company policies, safety requirements, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to understand how areas support homebuilding and customer experience.
• Participate in training programs, meetings, rotations, and other learning opportunities.
• Explore career opportunities within D.R. Horton and affiliated businesses for future employment.
• Conduct business professionally and ethically to support customers and the company's reputation.
• Ability to work overtime and travel including occasional overnight travel.
