Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Construction Intern. The internship provides hands-on experience across departments, with rotations, project work, and field exposure to the homebuilding process.

You’ll support daily operations, assist with projects, and learn company policies and procedures. Open to students entering junior or senior year or recent graduates pursuing related fields. This paid internship offers exposure to career opportunities within D.R.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a four-year program and aiming for junior/senior year or recent grad.
• Pursuing related field such as business, technology, finance, or construction.
• Demonstrated interest in homebuilding and related services.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within the assigned department or location.
• Assist with department projects, research, reporting, and coordination.
• Learn department responsibilities and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members across functions to understand operations.
• Participate in training programs, rotations, and learning opportunities.
• Explore future full-time opportunities after graduation.
• Perform duties ethically and professionally; travel as needed.
