Interns rotate across departments, gain project experience, and support office and field activities at various locations. Current students or recent graduates pursuing degrees related to business, construction, or related fields will develop practical skills, learn safety practices, and network with mentors.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in business, construction, finance, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within the assigned department, division, or jobsite.
• Assist with department-specific projects, research, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Learn company policies, safety requirements, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to understand company support processes.
• Participate in trainings and rotations to explore career paths at D.R. Horton.
• Represent the company professionally and travel as needed.
