Job summary

Fortune-Johnson, a premier Southeast and Mid-Atlantic contractor, seeks an Insurance Administrator to support project teams by managing construction insurance programs and ensuring compliance with requirements.

You will collaborate with Alliant and project teams to verify subcontractors meet standards, organize files, and track compliance using insurance systems while providing general admin support.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Some knowledge of Construction Insurance preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Notices of Award to the insurance broker (Alliant).
• Collaborate with Alliant’s Insurance Administrator and the Project Team to ensure subcontractors and material suppliers meet insurance compliance standards.
• Maintain and organize all project insurance documentation.
• Track and manage insurance compliance using Insurance Tracking systems and maintain project insurance folders.
• Create and update sample COIs for miscellaneous vendors.
• Provide general administrative support to project teams as needed.
