Job summary

Sole Construction Partners is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Administrator to join our Florida operations. You will draft, review, and manage construction contracts, change orders, and related documentation while ensuring strict insurance compliance and risk controls.

You’ll coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors, maintain logs, support pre-qualification, and help audits. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in construction administration are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, paralegal studies, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in construction administration, contract management, or insurance compliance.
• Knowledge of construction contract types (e.g., residential building, AIA, lump sum, GMP, cost-plus).
• Familiarity with insurance requirements for construction projects (GL, WC, Auto, Umbrella).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Viewpoint, or similar software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and process construction contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Maintain accurate contract logs, documentation, and tracking systems; monitor key contract dates.
• Coordinate contract execution and distribution to internal teams and subcontractors; assist with pre-qualification and compliance.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation to internal/external stakeholders.
