Job summary

Sole Construction Partners in Florida is seeking an experienced Construction and Insurance Administrator to support contracts, insurance compliance, and project documentation. You’ll collaborate with project teams to keep contracts current and risks managed.

You’ll draft and review contracts, track insurance certificates (COIs), coordinate with brokers and subcontractors, and prepare reports to inform leadership. A proactive communicator who thrives in a team is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in construction administration, contract management, or insurance compliance.
• Knowledge of construction contract types (e.g., residential building, AIA, lump sum, GMP, cost-plus).
• Familiarity with insurance requirements for construction projects (GL, WC, Auto, Umbrella).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore/Viewpoint or similar software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and process construction contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Maintain contract logs, documentation, and tracking systems; monitor key dates and milestones.
• Track COIs, endorsements, and waivers; ensure insurance compliance per contracts and project specs.
