EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an Account Manager - Project Solutions to be the primary client contact, handling day-to-day service, renewals, and onboarding for architect & engineering clients within a hybrid role based in Alpharetta, GA (with Chicago, IL or St. Louis, MO options).

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial insurance, experience with OCIPs/CCIPs and Builder’s Risk, and hold a Broker’s P&C license or can obtain it within 90 days.

Formación

• Must have 5+ years of experience in working with commercial insurance (OCIPs/CCIPs/Builder's Risk)
• Broker’s P&C license required or able to obtain within 90 days
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency with agency management systems

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary client contact and manage day‑to‑day client service
• Manage renewals for existing clients and onboarding of new clients
• Document customer service transactions and process insurance applications
• Coordinate with insurers, prepare proposals and present options to clients
