Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an Account Manager - Project Solutions to be the main client contact for construction and design accounts. The role focuses on day-to-day service, renewals, and onboarding new clients within a strong construction industry practice.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in commercial insurance with Builder's Risk/OCIPs/CCIPs, proficiency in MS Office, and a broker’s license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance (broker, carrier or agency).
• Experience with Builder's Risk, OCIPs/CCIPs is required.
• Experience placing insurance for Architecture/Engineering/Construction firms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact; manage day‑to‑day client service and renewals.
• Process cancellation notices and document transactions accurately.
• Assist with invoicing, endorsements, and provider communications.
• Use Sagitta agency system to manage workflows and records.
