RM Steel Buildings in Kansas seeks an Inside Sales Representative (Construction Services) to drive high-volume revenue through proactive outreach, email, and calls, and to manage a growing pipeline.

You will qualify leads, coordinate with estimators, and maintain a meticulous CRM to accelerate opportunities, with base pay plus uncapped commissions and a clear path to sales leadership.

Formación

• Minimum 1–3 years in inside sales or high-volume outbound calling (entry to mid level).
• Experience with construction or related services is a plus but not required.
• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and online bidding networks.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Pipeline: Cold-call, email, and text prospective B2B clients to uncover new project opportunities.
• Qualify Inbound Leads: Respond to web inquiries, project leads, and RFP invites; screen for fit.
• Coordinate with Estimating: Gather project details and hand off to estimating and project management teams.
• Drive Deals to Close: Track bids, handle objections, and finalize agreements.
• CRM Mastery: Keep CRM up-to-date with calls, notes, and deal stages.
