Job summary

Great Western Building Systems is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join our dynamic team in Aurora, CO. This on-site role offers a commission-based compensation plan with substantial growth potential as you convert provided leads into projects.

You will follow up on leads, meet daily activity metrics, and build relationships with customers seeking pre-engineered metal buildings. 1+ year in customer service is preferred; sales experience is not required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in Customer Service.
• No sales experience required but you should feel comfortable speaking with customers and helping them in their search for their dream building.

Responsibilities

• Contact leads provided to you by the company
• Creating sales from leads given to you by the company
• Meet and maintain daily call and activity metrics
• We provide our sales reps with 10 - 12 new leads per day. This is NOT a cold calling job and everyone one of our leads has contacted our company to request additional information and pricing
• Duties, responsibilities, and reporting relationships may fluctuate or evolve in light of your skill, experience, and the company’s needs
