Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive roofing and exterior project opportunities. Based in the Kansas City area, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and convert inquiries into scheduled inspections and sales.

Expect a base salary with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits after 30 days. You will leverage your roofing sales or adjuster background, stay organized, and maintain CRM records while coordinating with project

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of roofing sales or insurance adjuster experience
• Residential sales or customer-facing experience
• Proven track record of meeting goals
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Comfortable using CRM, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate roofing and exterior project opportunities
• Answer inbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule inspections
• Follow up on leads, estimates, and opportunities to maximize close rates
• Guide homeowners through Shamrock’s roofing products and insurance claims process
• Identify customer needs and recommend roofing solutions
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Document all customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM
• Coordinate with Roofing Project Managers for a smooth handoff after sale
• Maintain professional communication by phone, email, and text
• Stay current on products, promotions, and industry knowledge
• Perform other duties as assigned
