Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Columbus, OH to uncover bid opportunities, evaluate specifications, and close deals for high-performance floor systems. You will manage opportunities from initial contact through project close, leveraging Salesforce and ZoomInfo to track activities and drive growth.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inside sales within construction or industrial markets, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Two or more years of related inside sales experience in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.

Responsibilities

• Uncover construction bid opportunities through General Contractor networks and bid sites.
• Evaluate and understand specifications from start to finish within an order.
• Search existing project specs to create opportunities for Stonhard products as alternatives.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
